Cleaning and Stain Removal
• Remove dust and solid dirt with a vacuum cleaner.
• Non-greasy stains: Dab with a mixture of one cup of hot water and 1/2 teaspoon of detergent using a cloth. Work from the outside in and avoid rubbing. Once the stain is gone, spray the area with clean water to remove any detergent residue.
• Do not use stain removers, as they may alter the color.
• For oil, grease, butter, or lipstick stains, use pH-neutral acetone. Once the stain is removed, apply a detergent solution and rinse with clean water to remove any detergent residue.
Bleaching
• Before using bleach, try a mild cleaning solution first, gradually progressing to more aggressive methods if needed.
• For bleaching, use a ratio of 1/25 bleach to water (in the case of 8-degree bleach) and rinse immediately with clean water afterward.
• Dry on a clothesline, avoiding direct sunlight.
