Customer Service Executive (full-time)
Location: Chelsea Harbour Design Centre
Reports to: Showroom Manager

Purpose of the Role:
This role has been created to support our account managers as the sales and client base continues to grow in the UK. We need an experienced administrative support role to manage and process the proformas, client’s purchase orders and troubleshoot where necessary. The role mainly focuses on internal responsibilities with some client facing activities in order to deliver a great client experience. This role will specialize in order processing of bespoke sewing orders, any sewing knowledge is advantageous. Drawing on high level of customer service experience and fabric knowledge you will act as a go between clients, sales, production and logistics. You will build relationships throughout a diverse and international team, across all touchpoints, working in a busy, ever changing environment.

As a member of the sales support team you will be key to ensuring the client is kept at the forefront of all decisions. The role will require you to be detail orientated, highly organised and able to multi- task. The successful candidate will also gain an in-depth knowledge of our designs, services and client base.

Order Management
_ Create proformas for all UK Account Managers, from fabric to sewing orders
_ Run weekly reports from CRM to oversee orders from placement to delivery
_ Intake and inquire about exact measurements from clients to enter bespoke orders
_ Provide production with clear sales orders that follow the correct procedures to facilitate fulfilment
_ Follow new trade account processing, following Account Managers lead. Ensuring information is up to date and formatted for marketing‘s use on CRM

Internal Processes, Finance
_ Work with the production and logistics team to review the delivery forecast on a weekly basis, filtering back this information to clients and Account Managers
_ Update, chase, track and release orders using the ERP system
_ Monitor and take client payments
_ Liaise with the finance team as instructed on client deposits and balance invoices
_ Ensure that Finance has accurate information and paperwork on each secured sale
_ Aftercare log and manage

Client Information
_ Email clients proformas and balance invoices directly on standard orders. (Guided by the Account Manager)
_ Chasing purchase orders/missing information on orders direct with clients
_ Provide an exceptional and efficient service to all clients at all times

Skills or Qualities for the Position
_ Good knowledge and use of Excel
_ Experience in working with data management tools (ERP) e.g. Navision, Oracle can be a bonus
_ Fast learner with an outstanding attention to detail
_ Appreciation of working in a luxury environment
_ Experience in bespoke curtain and/or blind manufacturing is favorable
_ Ability to cater to clients walking into the showroom
