Senior Sales Support
Location: Chelsea, London

Zimmer + Rohde is a prestigious, high-end fabric company, renowned for our luxurious textiles and strong relationships with designers worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our Chelsea team.
If you have 2-3 years of experience in textiles, especially in an administrative or sales support role, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
_ Compile quotes, negotiate pricing, and process orders with precision.
_ Track and analyze inquiries to assess designer activity levels.
_ Manage the sales pipeline (CGS) and collaborate with designers and procurement to secure orders.
_ Update the proforma tracker with international orders and maintain accurate invoice records.
_ Coordinate with global teams to ensure project alignment on products, pricing, and client expectations.
_ Work with the account manager to organize client presentations, both in the showroom and occasionally at client locations.
_ Collaborate with head office to develop custom down weaves.
_ Communicate shipping and customs information and provide aftersales support.
_ Ensure bespoke samples are correctly labeled and organized.
_ Attend networking events to represent Zimmer + Rohde.
_ Provide support for ADO sewing orders and manage the company mailbox.

Qualifications:
_ 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within textiles preferred.
_ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
_ Excellent communication skills for liaising with international teams and clients.
_ Familiarity with pipeline management is an advantage.
_ Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
